With her finger on the fashion pulse, an aptitude for inventive solutions and a meticulous refined eye for detail Sophie is widely recognized as being at the peak of her profession. After creating SHS in 2007 the business has gone from strength to strength. Year after year Sophie has developed and built upon a diverse but loyal client base.

With a client base across all platforms the SHS team, directed by Sophie, is versatile, professional and dedicated to finding the perfect style solution. Hart’s personal duty to style extends beyond that of the traditional stylist;

“Styling for me is more than fashion, it’s creating a particular look or theme for a specific project or client fulfilling the brief and their needs. I take into consideration the whole picture, what works for one client may not work for the next and every day the game changes. There’s never a dull moment.”

Lucy Alder

Styling Associate

Lucy has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications – Theatre and Media and a Certificate IV in Arts in Visual Merchandising. Her thorough, exacting eye, pragmatic and focused attention to detail, organisational skills and impressive work ethic means Lucy is the lynchpin of the team and Sophie relies on her for the full range of SHS projects.

Just some of her many areas of expertise are; costume and real life styling, props and art direction for TV commercials and advertising campaigns, TV personalities, interior projects and she is also an experienced personal stylist.

Ro Draman

Stylist

With an innate sense of style Ro has always loved all things fashionable so it made perfect sense to turn her passion into her work. Her visual excellence, practical approach and strong work ethic have fast tracked her along the SHS team ladder and Ro is often found working side by side with Sophie.

Ro’s stylish eye is focused at the edgy, fashionable end of the SHS business – from fashion editorials to music clips and red carpet events. But her versatility doesn’t stop there, her skills bridge over to interior events and visual merchandise showings for fashion brand clients. Ro also looks after the SHS social networking and weekly newsletters send outs.

She too is an experienced personal stylist.

Lauren Becker

Stylist & Costume Designer

Lauren has been part of the SHS team since studying and passing, with first class honours, her Bachelor Degree in Fashion and Textile Design. As well as being a stylist, Lauren is a costume designer with outstanding creativity.

One for the fashion world to watch Lauren can design and execute elaborate costuming and red carpet worthy attire. Having an in-house designer is a huge asset for the SHS team providing further options and solutions for any project.

Tira Jaye

Hair & Make-up

Tira began her hair and makeup career in TV commercials, which has given her work a beautifully natural and versatile style. Having first met Sophie 10 years ago on a shoot they instantly clicked and have since formed a formidable working relationship.

Tira’s bubbly personality puts her clients at ease, her skill and experience produce results under pressure and her familiar role at SHS leads to smooth and efficient team success on advertising campaigns, TV commercials, red carpet events and publicity.

Rene Cowpe

Office Manager

Rene started out as a photographer’s assistant then an assistant producer and after entering the beautiful world of motherhood, she took the opportunity of a permanent part-time roll with the growing SHS family. Rene wrangles and runs all things ‘office’, including accounts payable and receivable.
